Log meals by voice and search Foods or Brands in Nyamly

Say what you ate, check the amounts, save. And when you type a search instead, everyday foods and packaged brands sit in two separate tabs.

How voice logging works

Start a voice log and say what you ate the way you would tell a friend: “two boiled eggs and a bowl of rice.” Nyamly picks the individual foods out of what you said and matches each one to its nutrition data.

Say the whole meal

Speak it in one go. Nyamly lists each food it heard.

Check the amounts

Every food comes with a gram amount you can tap and edit before anything is saved.

On-device when your iPhone supports it

On an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, the foods are extracted on the device itself, free and without limits.

Foods and Brands: two tabs for food search

A search for “boiled eggs” should find boiled eggs, not only a product with those words on its box. Nyamly keeps staples and packaged products apart so one does not bury the other.

Foods

Everyday foods with no brand: boiled eggs, rice, a baked potato. Each row has a small food-group icon, and singular or plural (“egg” or “eggs”) finds the same food.

Brands

Packaged and restaurant products, each listed under its own brand and name. The sources are listed on the data sources page.
